A sensitive conversion and redevelopment of an Edwardian Baptist church, and two sympathetically designed semi‑detached homes. The scheme included full planning permission for a pair of Edwardian houses, a detailed costing and competitive bid strategy, and a mutually aligned profit‑sharing model with developers. At its heart the open, flexible community space, for worship, receptions, and music for the whole community. Enabled and championed by the entrepreneurial leadership of Pastor Peter.
